# Settlement & withdrawals

> How collected funds reach your balance, and how you withdraw them as crypto or to a bank.

Every confirmed payment is credited to your Rach **balance**, in the coin it was
paid in, less fees. From there you withdraw — as crypto to your business wallet,
or as fiat to a settlement account.

<Note>
  Withdrawals are made from the **dashboard** by a signed-in team member with the
  withdrawal permission — and, when that member has two-factor authentication on,
  with their 2FA code. They are not available to API keys, so a leaked key can
  never move your money out.
</Note>

## Your balance

**Dashboard → Settlement & Withdrawal** shows each currency's available balance
and its history: every credit (with the payment it came from) and every
withdrawal. Funds are available as soon as a payment confirms; a withdrawal in
progress is held so it cannot be spent twice.

## Withdraw as crypto

Choose USDT or USDC and a network. The funds go to **your business wallet's
address on that network** — a wallet derived for your business, whose seed phrase
only you hold. Supported networks: `ETH`, `BSC`, `POL`, `TRX`, `SOL`, `BASE`,
`ARB`, `AVAX`, `CELO` ([network codes](/guides/networks)).

If your business wallet was created before a network was added, its address on
that network is derived from the same seed the first time you withdraw there —
no new wallet, no new seed phrase.

## Withdraw to a bank

Add a **settlement account** (bank details) under **Settings → Settlement
accounts**, then withdraw in that account's currency. Fiat withdrawals are paid
out through Rach's payout partners.

## Withdrawal statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `pending` | Requested; the amount is held from your balance |
| `processing` | Being paid out |
| `completed` | Paid; the transaction hash or payout reference is attached |
| `on_hold` | Paused for review; the amount stays held |
| `failed` | Not paid; the held amount is returned to your balance |

You are notified at each change, and every withdrawal keeps its full history in
the dashboard.
