What Counts as an API Call?

Each request to our API counts as one call:

Examples:

• POST /checkout/create = 1 call
• GET /checkout/verify/:id = 1 call
• POST /remittance/quote = 1 call

Webhooks do NOT count toward your quota - we send these to you.

4. Takes effect immediately

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Fair Usage Policy

All plans are subject to fair usage:

• API calls should be legitimate business use
• No abuse or system exploitation
• Respect rate limits
• Use webhooks instead of polling when possible

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair usage.

Can I change plans during the trial?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time during your free trial.

What happens after 6 months free?

We'll email you 2 weeks before your trial ends. You can add a payment method or your account will be downgraded to view-only mode (no new transactions).

Do unused API calls roll over?

No, quotas reset monthly on your billing date.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first paid charge. After that, all charges are final.

What if I need more than 150k calls?

Contact us for custom enterprise pricing with dedicated support, higher quotas, and SLA guarantees.

Are there any hidden fees?

No! The plan price is all you pay. Transaction fees (like blockchain gas) are passed through at cost - we don't markup.
